This incident resulted in the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
