Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this latest image release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further images made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
